Data we collect
We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the service: (1) Email address — collected only when you voluntarily subscribe to updates, used to send confirmation and notification emails, every email includes an unsubscribe link. (2) API usage logs — when we probe AI provider APIs to collect evaluation data (pricing, model lists, latency), we log request metadata such as timestamps and response status for operational monitoring. (3) Anonymous browser and usage analytics — aggregated, not linked to your identity. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government IDs, payment card numbers, or biometric information.
Third-party services
We work with the following third-party services: (1) Google AdSense — serves display advertising, may use cookies as described above. (2) BTCPay Server — a self-hosted, open-source cryptocurrency payment processor we operate ourselves to handle Pro subscription payments in USDT/USDC. BTCPay Server processes crypto payments without exposing your payment details to us; transactions are settled on-chain and we only receive the payment notification and a transaction reference. We do not use any third-party analytics service that sells or shares your data for cross-site advertising.
How we use your data
We use the data we collect to: deliver subscription emails you requested; operate, monitor and improve the evaluation probes and the website; detect abuse and protect the service from fraud; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what is described in the Google AdSense section.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); export a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent to processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active; once you unsubscribe we remove it from active mailing lists within a reasonable period. API probe logs are retained for operational and statistical purposes and are periodically purged. Anonymous analytics may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.
Children's privacy
Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
