These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LinkReal.top (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Service description
LinkReal.top is an independent AI coding tool evaluation platform. We aggregate public benchmark data, vendor pricing, and community signals to help individuals and teams compare and select AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf and similar products) and underlying language models. The Service includes free content, a Pro subscription, and optional consulting for organizations.
Editorial independence and neutrality
Our evaluation results are produced independently using a documented scoring methodology. Our rankings, scores and recommendations are not for sale and are not influenced by advertisers, sponsors or vendors whose tools we may evaluate. Display advertising served through Google AdSense is completely decoupled from our editorial scoring and ranking algorithms, and paying for advertising does not improve or worsen a tool's evaluation score. Vendors cannot pay to change, remove or boost their evaluation results.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not: attempt to access, scrape or extract our data through automated means at a volume that degrades the Service for others, except for the public RSS feeds we explicitly provide; reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source of our scoring methodology beyond what is publicly documented; submit malicious, infringing or unlawful content; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without authorization. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
Paid services
We offer paid services including a Pro subscription (granting access to advanced comparison, decision and export features) and consulting engagements for organizations ("To B" consulting). The features, price and billing cycle of each paid plan are shown on the Service at the time of purchase. By purchasing a paid service you agree to the then-current price. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Cryptocurrency payments and refund policy
Where you pay for a Pro subscription or consulting service using cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC) via BTCPay Server, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on-chain and exchange rates fluctuate, we do not offer refunds for payments made in USDT or USDC, including in cases of overpayment, exchange rate movements, or buyer's remorse after access has been granted. Please confirm the plan, price and network before sending payment. If a payment fails to confirm on-chain and no access has been granted, contact us and we will resolve it case by case. This non-refund policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, scoring methodology, rankings, articles, and compiled data, is owned by LinkReal.top and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Original benchmark scores, vendor names, model names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced here for evaluation and comparison purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of our compiled evaluation data without permission. You may quote or link to our content with attribution.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Evaluation scores reflect aggregated public data and do not represent a guarantee of any tool's performance in your specific environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkReal.top shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes we will also attempt to notify users, for example via the Service or our newsletter.
